Hello and welcome! I'm Lauren McNabb, LMT (formerly Lauren Schroeter, LMT), and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015, and a Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor since 2020. I have worked in a variety of settings, including the spa inside DFW Airport, where not only did I meet and massage celebrities and other high-profile clients, I also honed my skills as a chair massage therapist. In 2016, after the birth of my son, I moved back home to Corpus Christi and started my private practice. I popped up at vendor shows all over town, in doctor's offices and schools, and eventually got my own room at Beauty Dungeon in Central Corpus. From there I briefly worked Downtown while building my clientele, and in 2021 I started working from my home in Calallen full-time! 

My passion is first and foremost giving a good massage. That means listening to you, the client! Every session is customized based on your wants and needs, which may change from time to time. We will talk before every session to check in. The whole experience, not just the massage, is customizable. Don't want to talk? No problem. Like a different music station? You got it. The newest addition to my menu is Non-Surgical Intraoral Facelift Massage. This service combines deep tissue massage on the jaw along with scalp massage, intraoral work, myofascial release, lymphatic draininge, cupping and gua sha on the chest, neck, scalp and face. Benefits include reduced jaw tension and headaches, reduced shoulder tension, reduced inflammation and puffiness in eyes and cheeks, facial restructuring and rebalancing, reduced appearance of fine and deep lines, as well as improvement in skin appearance, texture, and color with multiple sessions showing even better results! Notice a difference right away, with more results after several sessions. I offer discounts for pre-paid packages we well.
