Hello and welcome! I'm Lauren McNabb, LMT (formerly Lauren Schroeter, LMT), and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015, and a Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor since 2020. I have worked in a variety of settings, including the spa inside DFW Airport, where not only did I meet and massage celebrities and other high-profile clients, I also honed my skills as a chair massage therapist. In 2016, after the birth of my son, I moved back home to Corpus Christi and started my private practice. I popped up at vendor shows all over town, in doctor's offices and schools, and eventually got my own room at Beauty Dungeon in Central Corpus. From there I briefly worked Downtown while building my clientele, and in 2021 I started working from my home in Calallen full-time!

My passion is first and foremost giving a good massage. That means listening to you, the client! Every session is customized based on your wants and needs, which may change from time to time. We will talk before every session to check in. The whole experience, not just the massage, is customizable. Don't want to talk? No problem. Like a different music station? You got it. Let me know how I can tailor your visits to make you the most comfortable.

Recently I was certified in Ayurvedic Nutrition Coaching and Plant-Based Health Coaching. I look foward to serving clients in creating a lifestyle that works for their busy lives, focusing on a whole-foods, plant-based approach. If you are neurodivergent like me, you know it can be a challenge to not only balance your diet with the rest of your life, but eating a variety of foods when you like to stick with a few favorites. I'm here to help work with you and your specific likes, dislikes, wants, needs, and energy levels so we can achieve and maintain your goals!
