Prenatal Massage

Customized full or partial-body massage for the parent-to-be, for pregnancy-related  aches and pains, as well as relaxation and stress relief. A side-lying position will be used later in the pregnancy for comfort. Safe in all three trimesters.

Thai Massage

A traditional modatilty made modern, Thai Massage combines assisted yoga postures, stretches and acupressure, while client remains fully-clothed on the massage table. Experience deep relaxation and release as your muscles are comfortably moved and stretched. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Reiki | In-Person Reiki or Distance Session

Performed in person, or over a distance in the comfort of your own home. Reiki is an energy work that originated in Japan and is performed by channeling Universal Life Force to specific points on your body. Can be used with a specific intention or goal in mind, or for general mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and relaxation. Can be used for past, present, or future concerns. 

Sound Healing

A whole body and mind experience using a combination of singing bowls and tuning forks to bring you back into balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. Helps support the body's natural healing abilities using different sound frequencies.

Full-body MLD for wellness, maintenance, recovery, pre-op and post-op. Physician clearance requested for post-op.
