Please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. Also available on a mat on the floor at client/therapist discretion.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Full-body manual lymphatic drainage session for wellness, maintenance, recovery, pre-op and post-op. Increase and improve lymphatic flow to decrease swelling and flush out the lymph nodes. Improves immune function and speeds up healing. Recommended yearly for healthy individuals, and 3-4x a year for anyone who has had any surgeries. Physician clearance requested for post-op. 

Please dress in a tank top with a sports bra or no bra, and comfortable shorts (no jeans.) You will be laying on top of the sheets, with a blanket if needed. Hair up or down is fine. No lotions or oils are used. 

MLD Mini-Facelift/ Head, Neck & Face Treatment

Please dress comfortably if you are able. Massage is performed over clothing from the hips up. Minimal oil is used, no oil may be used by request. 

Infrared Therapy

$1/minute (minimum 10 minutes, up to 60 minutes)

This session combines the Far Infrared Biomat for full-body relaxation, pain relief, and improved circulation with Near Infrared LED and heat lamp for targeted care on sore or tense areas. Dress comfortably. You may remain fully clothed, or draping will be used to expose problem area to heat lamp.
